A small family business that works with learned and inherited convictions. We go to the daily auction at the port of Pasajes to bid for the best goods. Fish and seafood that pass rigorous sanitary controls to which we add our own based on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) exercised by a veterinary company.
